My Therapeutic Approach

As an integrative counsellor coach, I draw from a range of counselling and coaching approaches rather than working from just one model. This allows me to offer a flexible, responsive and thoughtful approach; supporting people in a way that feels right for them depending on their unique needs, personality and goals.

For example, I may use elements from person-centred counselling (which focuses on building a trusting, empathetic relationship), cognitive behavioural techniques (to explore how thoughts, feelings, and behaviours are connected), or psychodynamic insights (to look at how past experiences may be influencing the present). I also integrate coaching tools to support personal growth, goal-setting, and building confidence.

My work has always been rooted in creating safe spaces where people feel heard, respected and empowered to explore whatever challenges they may be facing.

I understand how complex and overwhelming life can feel at times and I always aim to support with care, empathy and curiosity.
